Background: Hirsutism is a common clinical problem that cause great distress to the patient, and which true incidence unknown. However, it more among Mediterranean women. excessive terminal hair growth in women androgen-dependent. Often of hyperandrogenism but can be also idiopathic. In hyperandrogenic states like cases PCOS, associate with other cutaneous signs this endocrine disorder acne AGA.Aim study: To evaluate prevalence non-scaring loss (alopecia) female patients complaining hirsutism.Patients Methods: Cross-sectional study was conducted on than 90 who have hirsutism within reproductive age (married UN married) complained A special questionnaire design developed record all their data. Hair diagnosed assessed by visual overview examination naked eye trichoscopic examination, using Dermatoscope Foto finder stationary mode. The photo saved features each type alopecia were assessed.Results: our study, there are three types associated (Androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium, androgenic effluvium). most effluvium) 55.6%. found shaft heterogeneity 100%, HF only one 74%, peripilar sign 82%, empty follicle 96%, up right re-growing 92% black dots 36%, while these findings present lesser ratio groups.Conclusions: Androgenetic effluvium non-scarring hirsutism.
